Handheld Image Processor (HIP)
Converse Technology’s HIP is a multifunction image processing and enhancement platform capable of many real-time applications within a single pocket sized and rugged unit.
The unit is very low power (up to 8 hours when using internal AA cells) and is designed for extreme environments.
HIP is available with or without an integrated high resolution display and a range of rugged miniature housings for handheld, pocket, belt or fixed mounting applications.
HIP Platform Key Features
- Multi function image processor for real-time video applications in the field
- Rugged, environmentally sealed and very low power
- Affordable and compact technology with flexible and highly advanced capabilities
- Several ‘off the shelf’ image processing and enhancement applications available
- Fast-track project turnaround service for custom applications
- Can process several input sources for multi-view, PIP, image overlay, blending etc.
